Q&A about the masks

Where are these masks produced?
Zoe Wagner, our daughter and costume designer, has set up a workshop in our living room and is making the masks out of fabric that she has sourced over the last
couple of years from missionary trip to West Africa

How long will masks take to delivered?
We distribute the masks from Lausanne Switzerland and Salem Oregon. In Europe or the USA, you can expect to receive your mask(s) 2 weeks after you have made
    your donation to Eden rest.

Are these masks medical grade to help protect against COVID-19?
No, these are not medical grade masks. The Eden Rest masks were developed to help satisfy the CDC recommendation that the public wear protective cloth face
coverings in public settings where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Medical-grade equipment, including surgical masks or N-95 respirators, are critical
supplies that should be reserved for first responders, so we’re doing our part to ensure that this equipment stays in the hands of those who need it most. Learn more
about CDC recommendations by clicking here.

How safe are the masks and will they protect me from COVID-19?
These masks are not a direct substitute for N-95, surgical, or medical masks, and are not certified by any government agency. The proper use of these masks will not
guarantee protection against COVID-19 or other diseases. Further, use of these masks should not replace other recommended measures to stop the spread of
COVID-19 or other diseases. Please continue to follow all CDC and other public health guidelines.
